Each year, Hayley provides one-to-one coaching for a limited number of executives. The coaching is completely bespoke, and offers leaders a chance to reflect, learn and grow in a private, ‘candid but kind’ setting. Together, you’ll identify personal and professional barriers to progress and develop practical strategies to embed equity, diversity and inclusion in your organisation.

Hayley’s one-to-one EDI coaching will enable you to develop a more authentic leadership voice on equity, diversity and inclusion. Through having a safe space to rehearse tough conversations and address sensitive topics, you’ll be equipped to champion EDI internally and externally, and gain the language and confidence to discuss all protected characteristics, address biases, and transform your company culture.

Hayley uses a flexible, solution-focused coaching model, blending storytelling, practical exercises, and reflection to suit your personal learning style and professional context. This tailored method ensures you receive support that is both practical and meaningful, helping you grow as an inclusive leader in your own authentic way.

What You’ll Get

Following an initial assessment to identify your starting point, needs and aspirations, Hayley will design a series of unique coaching sessions to support your aims and challenges. Coaching programmes typically comprise 3 sessions of 60 - 90 minutes each, but the content, pace, and focus of each session will be tailored to your availability and shaped in collaboration with you.

Progress is tracked through regular reviews, feedback and measurable DEI outcomes such as engagement and or the demographic makeup of a particular leaders’ team or their direct reports. You’ll get ongoing support, including access to a range of resources, including online learning and regular progress reviews.
